Natalie Blyth is Global Head of Sustainable Finance & Transition at HSBC. She is also a Non-Executive Director on the HSBC Latin America Holdings Board.

Natalie has a 30-year career in banking, with extensive global leadership experience spanning investment banking, client coverage, trade and sustainable finance, and an exceptional track record in building high-impact, commercially successful teams.

In 2022, she was appointed head of HSBC’s global Commercial Banking Sustainability business, where she delivered material profitable revenue growth, contributed to HSBC’s #1 global Euromoney Sustainable Finance award, and was recognised as a top ten women leader in sustainability. Prior to this, Natalie led HSBC’s Global Trade & Receivables Finance business, establishing the bank as a market leader in trade finance.

She is passionate about working with clients to help them navigate the complexities of sustainability and achieve their transition priorities with safe, sustainable, profitable growth.

She has a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with Mathematics and Bioenergetics from the University of St Andrews in Scotland.
