Norman Cheng serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Veolia Hong Kong & Macau, overseeing the company's strategic growth in the region alongside the management of ongoing operational projects across water, solid waste and energy management sectors. With over 25 years of experience in environmental engineering, he specializes in the design, construction, and operation of facilities for water, sewage, sludge, waste, and energy management.

Dedicated to societal service, Norman actively participates in several professional bodies, including the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE), the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM) Hong Kong Branch, and the Hong Kong Waste Management Association (HKWMA).
